Henshall Flow
Terms of Service
Last updated 29 October 2026
The short version
- Henshall Flow is a month-to-month subscription. No lock-in contract — cancel any time.
- Your business details, and the enquiries your customers send you, are yours.
- If a payment’s missed, we’ll tell you before we pause anything, and a pause never deletes your data.
- Email alerts can be delayed or land in junk, so check your dashboard too.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren’t affected.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Henshall Flow, and the person who signs it up) and Luka Henshall (ABN 29 930 815 716), trading as Henshall Flow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using Henshall Flow, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to agree on its behalf.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Website design and other work from Henshall Web Design is covered by the quote for that work, not these terms.
2. What Henshall Flow does
Henshall Flow gives your business an online enquiry form, a dashboard to keep track of enquiries, and email alerts. It helps you organise the enquiries you get. It doesn’t guarantee you’ll get enquiries or jobs, and it doesn’t book jobs or contact customers for you (apart from the optional email receipt customers get when they send an enquiry).
Please don’t rely on email alerts alone. Emails depend on systems outside our control and can be delayed, blocked or filtered into junk. Check your dashboard regularly. Henshall Flow isn’t for emergencies — your form tells customers to phone you for urgent jobs.
3. Your account
- You need to be 18 or over and running a business in Australia.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, including by anyone you give access to. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us straight away.
4. Plans, setup and payment
- The price of your plan, and any setup fee, is what’s shown on our pricing page or in the quote we give you, in Australian dollars.
- We’re not registered for GST, so our prices don’t include GST and we don’t charge it. If we register, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before GST is added to your price.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, from the day your plan starts, by card through our payment provider or by invoice — whichever we’ve agreed with you.
- A setup fee covers the work to get you going, such as setting up your form and settings and helping you add it to your website. It’s paid upfront and isn’t refundable once that work is done, unless the law says otherwise.
- We may change our prices. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
5. Late or failed payments
If a payment fails or is overdue, we’ll let you know and give you 14 days to sort it out. If it’s still unpaid after that, we may pause your account. While it’s paused, your dashboard is locked and your form tells customers you’re not taking online enquiries (it still shows your phone number). Nothing is deleted, and we’ll switch it back on once the account is paid up. If an account stays paused for 60 days, we may close it — we’ll email you before we do.
6. Cancelling
- Cancel any time by emailing lhenshall414@gmail.com. Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then stops.
- We don’t refund part-months, unless the law requires it.
- Want a copy of your enquiries? Ask us before your account is deleted and we’ll send you a spreadsheet (CSV) within 14 days.
- After your account closes, we delete your data within 30 days, or sooner if you ask. Copies in our backups are overwritten within about a week after that.
7. Your data
Your business details, and the enquiries your customers send you, belong to you (and to your customers). You give us permission to store, process, back up and display them only so we can provide Henshall Flow to you. We won’t sell them, use your customers’ details for our own marketing, or share them except as our Privacy Policy describes.
We may use combined, anonymous statistics (such as the total number of enquiries sent through Henshall Flow each month) to run and improve the service. These never identify you or your customers.
8. Looking after your customers’ information
- Enquiries contain your customers’ personal information. Use it to respond to them and run your business, and follow the privacy and spam laws that apply to you — for example, don’t add customers to marketing emails without their permission.
- If you link your own privacy policy on your form, keep it accurate.
- Quotes, jobs and any disagreements with your customers are between you and them.
9. Fair use
Don’t use Henshall Flow to:
- break the law, send spam, or harass or mislead anyone;
- pretend to be another business or person;
- upload anything harmful, such as viruses;
- try to get into other accounts, or get around our security or limits; or
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
If an account is being used to cause harm, or puts the service or other users at risk, we can suspend it straight away. We’ll tell you why.
10. Availability and support
- We work hard to keep Henshall Flow running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. If we need to take it offline for maintenance, we’ll try to do it outside business hours.
- Support is by email. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
- We’ll keep improving Henshall Flow, so features may change. If we remove something important you use, we’ll give you 30 days’ notice and you can cancel.
11. Consumer law and liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
- Where the law allows, if we don’t meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
- Subject to the points above, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost jobs, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit doesn’t apply to loss caused by our fraud or deliberate wrongdoing.
12. If we end the service
Apart from the situations above (unpaid accounts and misuse), we can only end your account, or stop running Henshall Flow altogether, by giving you at least 60 days’ notice. If we do, we’ll refund any fees you’ve paid for the time after it ends, and give you a copy of your data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Henshall Flow changes. For anything significant, we’ll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then and we’ll refund any fees paid for the time after the change. Small changes that don’t disadvantage you, like fixing typos or making wording clearer, can take effect when we publish them.
14. General
- If something goes wrong, please talk to us first. Email us and we’ll work with you to sort it out within 30 days.
- We’ll send notices to the email address on your account. You can send notices to lhenshall414@gmail.com.
- If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- The law of New South Wales applies to these terms, and the courts of New South Wales can hear any dispute.
